Thats how it works:
You have the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your order to us within 30 days of delivery.
To exchange a product, please follow the same steps and simply create a new order with the correct product.

Please note that as a buyer you must pay the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or damaged. In this case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we need approx. 5-10 working days to process the return.

- The products must be returned intact and unused. We accept returns as long as our seal is still attached and there are no signs of installation.
- As soon as the goods have arrived in our warehouse and been checked, we will refund you the purchase price to the payment method you originally used.
