Germany

Generally

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order. From a gross order value of €120 there is the option of free shipping.

Shipping time

We process orders within 1-2 working days and prepare them for shipping. You will receive a notification when it is handed over to the shipping service provider. Normally the Shipping service provider delivers the package within 1-3 working days throughout Germany.

Shipping provider

In addition to our standard shipping provider DPD, we also offer other providers such as UPS or DHL. To do this, use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart. In addition, the goods can also be picked up from us in Krefeld, please call us in advance.

Bulky goods / heavier Shipment

Excluded are engines and gearboxes, which are shipped via a shipping company and cost €59.00. 

Express shipping

We offer the option of express shipping for small parts that are not oversized. All express orders placed by 11:30 a.m. leave our warehouse on the same day (weekdays). Please contact us for this.

The shipping boxes are wide cut and your goods are packaged well protected. If problems arise or the goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
